About the job
As a Regional Manager within Action, you will have the opportunity to realize excellent Store operations in the designated area, coach and train your teams, be responsible for the success of your stores and grow within an international retail company.
Together with the store management teams, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and attractive store image in your area, maximize the profit within the stores and reach the desired customer satisfaction level.
Areas of responsibility
Operational Management
- Controls correct execution of Store Operation Procedures;
- Optimizes store appearance and store presentation;
- Delivers input and shares Best Practices;
People Management
- Clearly steers a team, takes the lead, gives clear working instructions, plans employees and activities in such a manner that targets are successfully achieved;
- Is actively involved in improving employee skills by providing constructive feedback, instructions, explanation and coaching;
- Makes employees enthusiastic, clearly indicates the intended effect of targets, brings about a positive attitude towards the work and inspires team members' strong will to perform;
- Gives direct and constructive feedback about the delivered performance and personal development related to future requirements and priorities;
- Stimulates employees to join in on the thought process and to actively contribute to the development of new ideas and to learn from his/her own experiences and those of others;
- Responsible for an optimal staffing, recruitment activities and retaining of employees within the department;
Result driven
- Takes corrective measures if the results fall behind;
- Optimizes store performance in the designated region through monitoring the Store Managers;
- Manages store KPI’s (costs, sales, productivity and stock).

About You
- Higher education in management, economics or similar (preferred);
- 2 years relevant working experience in a similar position;
- Fluent (written and verbal) in Portuguese and English;
- Great communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships;
- Practical, pragmatic and driven to get things done;
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment;
- Lead by example and continually work to support your stores and staff.
